Zaczynamy karierę w Football Manager 23 klubem który został wybrany na mojej grupie na FB przez użytkowników, a więc AS Saint-Etienne.
Karierę zacząłem za pomocą pliku custom start od końca sezonu 22-23, a dokładnie od 15/05/2023,gdzie Saint-Etienne zakończyło sezon Ligue 2 na 4 miejscu, co spowodowało że walczyło w barażach o awans do Ligue1.
Zapytacie, z jakim skutkiem?
Pierwszy mecz ćwierć finałowy z Angers SCO wygraliśmy dość szczęśliwie po golu w 89' niezawodnego w tym sezonie Ibrahima Sissoko 1:0.
W półfinale czekała na Nas potyczka z AJ Auxerre.
Jak się spodziewałem, ciężka przeprawa i dopiero w doliczonym czasie gry za sprawą młodziutkiego Lamina Fomby przechodzimy do wielkiego finału o awans do Ligue1, gdzie czeka na “zielonych” Mateusz Wieteska i jego Clermont Foot
Pierwszy mecz wygraliśmy dość gładko, gdzie spodziewałem się przeprawy 4:0 natomiast w rewanżu było 1:1 i tak oto AS Saint-Etienne awansuje do Ligue1 w sezonie 22-23.
Czas roszad w zespole i w sztabie szkoleniowym i przygotowanie się do walki o choćby środek tabeli w Ligue1.

We are starting our career in Football Manager 23 with a club that was chosen on my group on FB by users, which is AS Saint-Etienne.
I started my career with a custom file start from the end of the season 22-23, to be precise, from 15/05/2023,where Saint-Etienne finished the Ligue 2 season in 4th place, which caused them to fight in the barracks for promotion to Ligue1.
You ask, with what result?
We won the first quarter-final match against Angers SCO quite fortunately after a goal in 89' by this season's reliable Ibrahim Sissoko 1:0.
In the semifinals a skirmish with AJ Auxerre awaited us.
As expected, a tough crossing, and only in added time thanks to youngster Lamin Fomba we move on to the grand finale for promotion to Ligue1, where Mateusz Wieteska and his Clermont Foot are waiting for the "greens".
We won the first match quite smoothly, where I expected a 4:0 crossing while in the rematch it was 1:1 and so AS Saint-Etienne advances to Ligue1 in the 22-23 season.
It's time to reshuffle the team and the coaching staff and get ready to fight for at least the middle of the table in Ligue1.

A kiedy mozna się spodziewać aktualizacji ?

The end of the 2022-2023 season It's been a real rollercoaster for my team this season. 

Hard battles with OL or OM, not to mention PSG, where we miraculously won the first match at home 2:1 and in the spring round in Paris we got 1:3. 

It was not the only slip-up, because having an advantage of 9 points over the Parisians, several defeats, including those against Ajjaccio 3:4 at home or against Brest, meant that I was fighting for the Championship until the end - which I managed to do anyway.

In LE, I was eliminated in the semi-final with Arsenal 7:4 on aggregate, LE won Lazio.

Now rearranging the squad and thanking the players who did not meet my expectations and fighting for another foreman and showing up well in the Champions League

I've never played Ligue 1 Uber Eats so I decided to try my hand at this league.

I also did not want to play league hegemons in the form of PSG or Marseille or Lyon, I focused on a club with very good training facilities and a very good youth training system.

The choice fell on the club you see above.

There are many talented players in the club, such as Kamaldeen Sulemana, Kalimuendo, Gouiri, Majer or Terrier or Doku.

Unfortunately, the club also has some old players and positions that require strengthening and depth, such as the left and right sides of the defence, midfield or the purchase of a goalkeeper who will be "1" for years at the club.

In my career, as always, I focused on organizing the coaching staff and assigning duties and setting the training regime as well as assigning observation tasks to my search group.

The 2022-2023 season will be a test season, a typical testing ground for my players I found at the club - I will know who is suitable to stay at the club and which players we will have to part with or put on the transfer list.

As I mentioned a few paragraphs earlier, reinforcement requires: position of the goalkeeper, because Mandanda and Gomis are not goalkeepers with whom I have any hopes and besides, they are old 😔 left and right extended defender because Traore and Meling don't live up to my expectations👎 midfield and forward players will be sought to create squad depth and choice.

I have also reviewed the possessions in the reserve and junior team and there are some players like Belocian, Doue, Samake and Manquant who will get a chance to prove themselves in the first team.

At the moment, a very good start in the league, 4 points behind the leader, PSG, as well as a sensational start in the UEFA Europa League and won matches with Feyenoord or Union Saint-Gilloise.

Here is some new information about my Ajax career.
The preparations for the 21-22 season themselves went smoothly and without major problems.
The most important assumptions of these preparations were teamwork and practicing several variants of the game when it comes to the stages of the game in defense and in attack.
After the preparations, it was the turn of the league and European Cups.
We had no equal in the league itself, we turned out to be the best team in terms of points scored, goals scored, goals lost.
The league's best player was Dusan Tadić, who scored 25 goals and 16 assists, Bryan Brobbey became the top scorer with 27 goals and Sebastian Haller scored 26, which resulted in a transfer to Manchester City.

If we are talking about cups, in the Champions League we left the group in 2nd place, which meant that in the next round we met Liverpool FC, who showed us the school of football, beating us 5: 1 on aggregate.
When it comes to attack, there were no problems with that, as the first half of the game was constantly pushing and pressing the opponent to make a mistake, so in the second half a completely different team appeared on the pitch, such as football DrJeckyll and Mr Hyde - getting lost, unable to to suppress the opponent to the end, only giving the opponent the opportunity to show off, I can safely say there were 80% of games this season.
I do not know what it was caused by, whether it was a mental or performance deficiency that the players fell after 45 minutes, at least it irritates me a lot.
I will have to sit down on it and maybe remodel a little in the staff and put more emphasis on strength training, but I will also have to hire a very good trainer with a high mentality factor.

Season 22-23, which is around the corner, I decided that it will be a little different - many players will leave, basically all 11 players except Blind, Gravenberch, Tadić can leave the club if a satisfactory offer appears.
After the season, Ajax leaves Onana and Stekelenburg, who will provide Newcastle with a free transfer.
Antony has a strong interest in Chelsea and Real Madrid, and Haller has City propositions as you read at the beginning.

In this topic below you will be able to follow my career as a multiple Dutch champion.
The career will be based on the latest and final version of the game base, marked with the number 22.4.

In the game I will try to use the second squad and the U-18 nursery, which is rich in great players, at the same time trying to introduce them to the first team, outplay and, if possible, sell them profitably.
I will also try to buy interesting, young players for the club, but not spending large amounts of money on such players.

As a goalkeeper, I am interested in Man City's Gavin Bazunu, who I hope is ending his contract and will not extend it, as well as Livakovic from Dinamo Zagreb.
I am also thinking of Dziekoński with Jagiellonia Białystok and Trelowski from Raków Częstochowa but these two goalkeepers are the melody of the future.
I also want to strengthen the attack line, because Haller does not appeal to me and the most I will want to sell is this player and Brobbey returns to Leipzig after the season.

I have nothing to complain about the line of defense, I am positively surprised at the moment.
However, to strengthen the competition on the left side of the defense, Kwadwo Asamoah was recruited from a free transfer until the end of the season with the option of an extension for another 12 months.
Ultimately, I am looking for two young defenders for the left side, who will be able to replace the aforementioned Ghanaian and Tagliafico in the future.
