Has been discussed before, in the pregame/ingame editor, remove any kits that have a competition listed, it's a fairly common issue and I'm not sure why SI haven't sorted it, or why anyone hasn't found a config fix if there is one.

Alternate kits afaik are just a matter of swapping the kit in the folder, I don't know of any way to put them in the game other than that but there are a few alternate kits that I personally prefer here and there so I put them there for ease of access

There's some NLS kits here, I'll have a bash at Oxford City on Friday as I'm away from home till then, if I'm remembering rightly the green away kit is quite nice so should enjoy that
