They're pretty simple to change actually as long as you have an image, all you need is photoshop, open up the image in there and get it down to 400x240 size, then fx (at the bottom of the layers bit), stroke, make the colour black, Position set as Inside, opacity 100, size 1px, then just overwrite it with the stadium that you're changing, (you can find the ID for that in the editor, or in game if you have the ID at top enabled) that's how I did my updated Salford at least

Sorry if it is a dumb question but I am new, how can you assign this third kit to be playable in game?? I mean in the editor in kit selection if you look at all kit combinations in matches for Gateshead the red is not assigned on anyone

In the FM18 editor go into Gateshead in the clubs, then kits rather than kit combinations, third kit, add new kit, then fiddle about with the colours etc.

What is the name of the folder....it downloads all the kits to the desktop, not within a named folder....I will see if I name the folder "National League North" if it will work

Just pop it in a folder, you could name it bacon if you fancied, the config file does the work with regards to choosing which kits go where, folder name and that doesn't matter

Here are some of the templates from National North and South that I've put together based off of Bolid's base, they're not polished but they're good enough to make kits from with a bit of fiddling - these are updated in time with the North and South packs, if you can see a kit on there then it's got a template
