I appreciate the suggestions. still not working on my end. I've tried in both in normal, incognito, safari and edge. url pasted here for 13.05

Hi Guys, I am having trouble some of the older face packs I cannot download prior to 13.05. I have pasted a screen shoot of what I am seeing below. It is happening with all the ones I tried prior to that.
