I've started a new save with Brentford in League 1 and until now it works great.

Only things I've changed/added:

-) added "Work Ball Into Box" and "Play Out Of Defence" - with this two team instructions enabled and some player instructions set, I think it gives me a "package" of all, just how I want it. So, sometimes we play a quick direct passing, sometimes we pass the ball patiently and wait for our chances and sometimes we also shoot from distance and find the back of the net. It reminds me a little bit of my real time favourite team, Liverpool.

-) added "Stay On Feet" instead of "Get Stuck In" - I just want my players to stay on their feet, because this a really important thing in case of high pressing.


I think the four highlights of our results so far - a 2:2 draw against Arsenal, two really great wins against the Championship side Burnley and a 9:0 Pre-Season win against Chelmsford.

It's probably best if you post a screenshot of your kits folder so we can see clearly what might possibly be the case.

ok to walk you through it, downloaded kit files to-

my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2014/graphics/pictures/kits.

if any of the files above don't exist (such as 'graphics' one), create them.

in game, go into 'preferences' and then 'interface'. make sure that the 'use cache to decrease...' is unticked and 'reload skin when...' is ticked.

I would redownload one of the kit files (maybe the german one) from this site and try that on its own. placing it in the 'kit' file. let me know if that works.
