I've added a few more official and geographic regions and also some more defined by cultural/linguistic terms. 

Although some may not be official international agreements the agreements can function in FM to group nations with a strong cultural connection that would otherwise be missed. 

Do Afghan teams and Iraqi teams play in the same league system?

If not just add a new one yourself for your needs.

In my Al-Palestino project I used existing agreements to establish players to be listed as non foreign and similiar to EU in Palestine and it has worked out well for me.

To change nations listed as non foreign you need to go onto Hungary in the editor and then open the tab for “relationships” and under that there's options for countries that are like EU and countries that are treated as non foreign.

To make it easier on yourself so you don't need to individually add each nation you could group nations you want to add like “Slovak”, etc into agreements (like the EU) and then just add the agreement to Non Foreign.

All I really need is a list of common surnames to change existing players and list of places Afghans live around the world for newgens.

There's a wikipedia article here about the Afghan diaspora.

I'm not too familiar with Afghanistan or Iraq and I think there will be less resources online about them than Palestine. Is there a large Iraqi and Afghan population abroad?

I'd probably have to update some things to make it functional on FM24

• Affiliated status changed from “uses same kit" (when you supersede reputation of CD Palestino in Chile your kits would revert back to original Al-Palestine kits and logos - this is now resolved)

Latest update:

• Changed Munus Dabbur transfer to a loan
• Reduced amount of players Al-Palestino starts the game with to stop squad bloating
• Changed club affiliate agreements

It seems to be working well now so unless there are any major bugs I don't think I'll need anymore updates.

So the way the agreements are being used is to have a list of nations that can be assigned to the “Treated as EU” section for Palestine and “Treated as Non Foreign” section for Palestine.

When loading up your game make sure to use both the Israel league and Palestinian league files.

The other files I have included in the zip file are optional but they will make the game more fun.

These include:

• Changes to Palestinian diaspora players to give them Palestinian first nationality - Palestine Diaspora file
• Arab-Israeli players have been given Palestinian nationality - Palestine Diaspora file
• A file that will generate Palestinian diaspora newgens in regions around the world with a large Palestinian population. - Palestine Diasora Regions file
• A diaspora club file that will make it so teams will generate ethnic players even if they are in a different country (E.g. Svensk-Palestinska FC in Sweden will generate Palestinian players, etc.) - teams in Arab speaking cities in Israel will also produce Palestinian 2nd nationality players - Diaspora Clubs file
• Updates to Palestinian GeoData (Cities + Stadiums) - Palestine Geodata file
• A file that gives Jewish heritage players Israeli second nationality - Jewish Diaspora file

I changed the name of the team so I can use the kits and badge of Palestino in Chile

I did the same with the B team in the Palestinian league

There's an existing team called Al-Quwwat Al-Filistinia in the game and I made this team used for military service, Players will be called up for this if they are below a certain PA.

 Thanks for the feedback. Sure I'll give a little update.

I'm doing a playthrough of my own at the moment and whenever I catch a bug or think of something to fix/add/change I give the file a tweak to improve it gradually.

The biggest change I have done so far was fix an issue with the Palestine 4th tier which was broken and causing problems with the cup. Thats now resolved.

Other things I have changed are more minor.

• Add club rivalries and derbies
• Tweak affiliates
• Give Palestinian nationality to players I missed initially
• Change cities in Palestine to have Arabic language (the game kept asking me to teach all my players Hebrew)
• Alter player contracts
• Give board members of Palestine team the personal objective to sign Palestinian players and develop young players (this makes it so the game tells you this is a board objective)

The latest change I've made has been to add some national agreements to the game.

This is useful because I can set them as EU nations and make it so it's easier to sign players from certain nations - specifically in the Arab world based on real world agreements.

I have also changed the Palestinian naturalisation period from 5 years down to 2**.

It's a little tricky to know how rigid to be with Palestinian citizenship since it seems like it's actually a pretty weak passport. 

The 5 year period in the game is based on current Israeli naturalisation law

“(a)A person who was born after the establishment of the State in a place which was Israel territory on the day of his birth, and who has never had any nationality, shall become an Israel national if he applies for it in the period between his eighteenth birthday and his twenty-first birthday and if he has been an Israel resident for five consecutive years immediately preceding the day of the filling of his application.”

 as far as I can tell the actual Palestinian naturalisation period is less, however I'm seeing one answer of 4 years and another answer of 2-3 years.

4 years feels a bit too long to be fun in the game and 2 feels like it's a bit too easy to exploit (however maybe that's what people want 😀 ) so I just decided on 3 years.

Seems like people can just buy Palestinian citizenship too! Brazilian player Jucilei (I remember him having Palestine 2nd nationality in FM) was quoted saying he was just handed it when signing to a UAE club. Kind of funny.

UAE-based newspaper The National has reported that that the club will get a Palestinian passport for Jucilei. In doing so, he will no longer count as a player from outside the Middle East, allowing them to contract another.

The player, however, seems to know little about his new country.

“To be honest, I don’t follow the news that much. I know about the war, but not much detail. I now plan to follow things a little more closely,” Jucilei told Globoesporte.com.

“The club asked if I could play as a Middle Eastern player and I agreed. It’s good for me and for the club.”

I don't own a copy at the moment so I'm unable to do it myself.

I'm currently playing on a custom database I made where I moved a Palestinian team to the Israeli 4th division and it's quite fun.

If anyone would like me to make this database public just let me know. Not sure in the level of interest in something like this.

I've made it so they compete in the gaza strip cup too.

If you want to make a better version be my guest.

Making these databases isn't easy.

My process is to create a region that is located in the ethnic nation then duplicate club city and place the specific club in the newly duplicated city.
