Update:

I've added club logos to as many of the teams in Norfolk as I could find resources for

Most updates to the editor file have been implemented to the First Nation file but I will get around to updating the Second Nation file eventually.

• Updated Norfolk cups because they weren't functioning (Now there are 3: Norfolk Intermediate Cup, John Savage Cup and Norfolk Hire League Cup)
• Adjusted reputation of Norfolk League
• Increased CA/PA of some Norfolk players slightly
• Added some bordering clubs into the Norfolk league

I'm still planning on adding some city pictures and stadiums to the project

I have verified both the Israel and Palestine league in the editor data file to make them compatible with version 24.3 of the game.

I'm working on updating it now. I didn't realize that it wasn't compatible with latest update.

If anyone would like to help me with supplying images for the club logos, cities and stadiums for the clubs in Norfolk just reply in this thread or send me a PM

I'm not sure what's causing that issue because when I try it it's working fine.

Could you send a screenshot of what the issue is?

I have also made the Gaeltacht region in Ireland.

Adding several towns to the database and making them all have Irish first language.

This is already merged with the Dublin Dons editor data file but I'm posting it here as a resource.

East Germany as a nation still exists in the game so making it into an active nation again is just a matter of moving the regions and cities to the East German nation in the database.

Also need to give players born in the region either East German first or second nationality.

The only limitation with projects like this is the number of nations available in the database but otherwise it's relatively simple to alter the extinct nations.

The way to get the transfer policy is a bit finicky however.

I tried to add it too and it was just like you said.

Seems like it's a case similar to the nations in the database where there is a fixed length list of nations it reads from and will come back with an error when you try to exceed that list length.

In relation to the ‘tism, I think this game kind of attracts a fanbase who are all somewhat on that spectrum so you shouldn’t feel bad about that.  

I'll try changing the currency names and see if I'm having the same issue.

It seems like an odd one and I'm not sure why it would be like that other than perhaps the developers not wanting the added level of confusion introduced to the game with a new currency.

Update: In latest update I've added agreements to the relationships of some major nations in the game.

This database completely removes Russia for some reason. Russophobic?

Do you think you could create a list of UIDs for cities as well?

I'm doing a project where I'm adding some but it'd be helpful to see the cities that are already there to avoid duplicates.

The agreements are more of a resource to be used in the editor to make projects or alter transfer policies of nations.

In game the only way to see them is by the overview page of each nation.

Update: I noticed some errors with the groupings of the existing agreements. for some reason the EU, EEA, etc had random nations included probably due to some glitch in the editor.

I've corrected it now.

In the latest update I added 3 agreements of first, second and third world and grouped them by their current status.

I have changed quite a few nation's status of development to fit to their current ranking.

Many eastern European nations were classified as developing nations when they are classified as developed nations for example.

To alter the transfers it's required to individually alter the the relationships and transfer preferences of each nation. 

The agreements in the game serve as a simple way to add a grouping of nations to the relationships of other nations.

I've been working on the version for FM24.

I think I should be able to release it soon.

You're welcome bud! I've actually never heard of a rule like this but it seems pretty cool. makes it so teams are given incentive to develop their own players, which is good.

I think this could be it.

This type of thing would be an option in the advanced rules. If you'd like to see how it's done you should copy the existing rules for either Hungary or Poland in the game. To do this you just add nation rules and select the option to add leagues to existing rules, then you can just convert those rules to advanced and check the structure of the league you want.
