To have working 3d (or 2d) kits the configuration file must be present. This is an example of what the config file for 3D kits looks like
It is necessary that the kit name is present in its correct position (home away third) and then the club ID number is present.
But ..
This is what you should do in "theory", but at the moment FM26 has many bugs, and some people are even having problems viewing 3D kits. I hope it works properly in your fm 😉 You don't need to create a new save for any graphics mod. Until FM24, you had to clear the cache and reload the skin. This has changed. When you add graphics mods, you just have to restart the game and (hopefully) they'll work.

so in your case you have to wait for the 3d kits to be created, but I don't know if the kits of the club you want will be created.

What type of file is this? I download an executable file that my PC suggests I don't open. If I ignore the suggestion, it continues with an installation of (I don't know what, I then stopped...). Why not create folders with 3D kits in PNG format?

None. From the in-game templates and the 3D match images, it appears that none of the goalkeepers have custom kits.
Anyway.. if any of you know about this..
Do we know if it's possible to edit referee kits? I saw that there are two referee templates in the game.
Do we know how and if it is possible to introduce personalized captain's armbands?

I don't have a solution for you. However, it seems to be a beta-related issue. The issue has been reported to SI, and we hope it improves soon.

Fields are typically re-turfed or completely replaced each season because, as you can imagine, they deteriorate over time. It's not important to have an image of the newly resurfaced pitch, but rather one that provides a good perspective of the structure 👍

Personal consideration: Not always, but often the game doesn't even use the "third" kits... I've played several careers where I've only seen the third kit in png but never in-game 😅
