Weird cuz when I right click on the image and save as, the extension is png for me.
Anyway, you can just change the extension from jpg to png. There's no difference as there's no transparency.

The club names changes does not work. I still see short names like marseille, lyon and saint-etienne for example.
But strange thing, I do see the German team and Louis Van Gaal so I don't get it.
Have you any idea what's wrong? I'm playing 13.3.3 version.
