Are you playing in the English language? Did you apply the fix before or after starting your save game?

 

Yes I play with the English language.

 

However, I think I have found the issue: to test the fix installation I selected the “Quick Start Career” option, where some names were not applied (Napoli/Parthenope, Real Betis/Real Hispalis).

Afterwards I have selected the “Advanced Setup Career” to choose the leagues of my game, and the names were correct (ex: Napoli is there instead of Parthenope).

Could this be the reason? It seems working differently on the quick start. I will play with the advanced setup, anyway.

 

As a side note, quite bad decision from SI to use the short names everywhere, since Atlético Madrid is now simply named Atlético…

I have installed the real name fix following the guide and I see the Serie A teams now have all the correct names (AC Milan, Inter…) except for the Napoli team which remains named as Parthenope: what could be the mistake?
