Yes, but because this “club” is not in FM23 DB these players in the game will be listed as free agents, which is not actually true.

@nehix Please transfer players to ‘Temp College' if they're playing college football in the USA 👍

I think players like this should be removed from the base (retirement). On the ORDB, they are usually marked as NFE in a similar situation
