That's quite good, considering you've started out with what looks like a relatively hard source image (perhaps you could upload the source so we can compare?) I suggest starting out with simpler haircuts too while you're still learning. Can I ask which cutting technique(s) you used?

There are hardly any hair details, especially at the top, but it's hard to say if that's because of the source image. The side of the neck could do with a bit of clone stamping to give them a less fuzzy look. Finally, care should be taken to avoid the chicken-neck effect and so all cuts should include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in this source, the guy looks like he has a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post displays a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar.

And of course, the cut should be 250x250.

That said, this is all relatively minor stuff which is quite easily sorted out and it's a very solid start indeed Looking forward to seeing more of your work and I'd be more than happy to give you pointers and tips on how to improve your cuts

^ 1st one looks decent but still has some snow on top, put it on a black background to correct that
