That has got nothing to do with the config. That is how backgrounds look with the base skin of the game. Wait for skins to be released, I usually use "flut" dark skin 🙂

The good folks at archive.org have mirrored a bunch of older DOS games that you can play from their site. The list includes iterations of Championship Manager.

Boy have we come a long way.
