This is due to the default skins at the moment and is in no way anything to do with the pack itself.
When new more detailed skins are released all will be good

This is in no way due to anything being wrong with this pack.
It is soley how the skin in fm21 is made.....once new skins are made they will appear fully.....I hope

It's up to you to keep yourself updated with what skins come out which will allow full display. Just check the skins forum every so often 👍

If you download it with Chrome and it gets interrupted, just use the resume download option. Worked fine for me.

I downloaded the pack and it looks great, many thanks!
My only concern is that it looks like in the picture, I only see the downloaded background on the half top part of any page. Is it supposed to be like that or is there anything I can do to have it kind of full screen?

It goes into Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2021 / graphics.
When you're navigating within the game, you will see context-specific backgrounds depending on which team/person/nation/competition/stadium etc you're on.

If you download torrent you will need to replace the config with the one provided just below the torrent download.
Once new updates are produced this problem should be minimized as the new config in the updates hopefully works.
