I see, so there's nothing I can do now to change those club names? My save is many seasons ahead so don't want to lose it.

I am on Gamepass. I set these up in the beginning of the year. Did anything change after that? I just need the Brazilian club names changed. Any way to do that?

This is the FM20 version of this file - are you sure you're not looking for the FM21 version?

Irrespective of which it is, the dbc/permanent folder needs to look exactly as the screenshot in the main post, and they will not change if the file is applied after having started a save game.

I am playing FM20 so yes I am looking for the FM20 version. The other changes in the files have applied (check attachment) so not sure what's going wrong.

Brazilian clubs only have 3 letter names after copying these files. Anyone know how to fix this?

I got the gamepass version of FM20. I did all the changes suggested here, but I still don't see Juventus as Juventus.
