You should have only 1 folder with no sub-folders, and all the cuts should be contained within this folder. If you install each pack correctly, you should be prompted to overwrite some files, to which you should click Yes/OK.

For some reason I keep getting things like this happening with pictures from the updates with the older photo showing up ingame

Probably a silly question but do the updated changes go in sub-folders inside the main pack or do I just extract the rar into the main pack
