Also thanks for clearing this up as I have been scratching my head as to why I couldn't select numbers for players anymore, even the tab for number changes was gone.  So frustrating! 

I've noticed some USA files, some not all actually get around this little issue, maybe those users re-did the whole nation rules or something like that.

Any way to override the licensing with the USA leagues? when I start my game in say March or April 2020 I am unable to select the USA as a playable country, only way at the moment is to just add the league in game for 1/1/2021. Much appreciated it frustrates me every edition.

It's not working for me the download, keeps stopping i'm using Waterfox, i'll change browsers and see if that helps.

Is there a version with bigger player pictures?

Thanks for the upload. Although the Palace and West Brom logos didn't load up straight away. Changed them to cpalace_1 and to westbrom_1 for instance and they worked.
