I'm not looking to export old database, just the staff I created as ex:  Smicer, Berger, Carragher, Souness, Shearer etc..

I want to take them out my 21 database and insert them into 22 db.

I´m doing my best to follow your feedbacks.  In this case, this player had a long neck and I was unable to add the collar.  Next time I will upload them as a pack.  I don´t ignore your feedbacks, by the opposite, I'm trying not to request but send and share my own cuts in order to help the community.  Thanks for your help and feedback!

Sure, I will love to do my own cuts.  I know how to do it until I reach the point where I can't resize it….I cropped it, remove.bg it, then when I try to set in 250x250 there is my issue….let me know if this one works

Yes, thanks for the feedback I had it cutted lower on the chin but when I tried to convert it to 250x250 it got closer.  These are the first times using Photoshop.

Regarding the sources, yes, I'll try to get the most recent ones.  Thanks for your help here 👍

Is there a way to save the original images from the official websites?

Sometimes they have just a low resolution picture of the player that does not work for cut outs..

But i heard that you can take the original picture that have a high resolution and then use that one.

Hi @mons , I understand.  I won't make these type of request as suggested.  But my point was that it will be great experience from a fan standpoint to have the opportuniuty of adding by themselves or by some patch or something the legends for each of their clubs.  For example:  I think a Liverpool fan will love to have Danny Murphy, Jerzy Dudek, Jamie Carragher, Patrik Berger, Vladimir Smicer etc…  even if they are not part of FM21 database. And once they are added, you have a pretty good cut out face.  I'm just trying to help here, but I totally understand your point and I will avoid these type of requests in the future.  Thanks for your feedback!
