I have no idea what I could have done wrong. I have the exact same files and everything.
I'm using the 26.04 version from scratch.

Napoli is still “Parthenope” no matter what I do.

If you have problems finding the file as I had then copy the folder with the file and put it somewhere else on your HD and then look for it.
Worked for me anyways.
