When I have more than one tactic, they both use the same players, and if I change one of their positions, it is changed on the other one as well. Is there any way to fix this?

ok, because in the Irish Leagues Limerick FC and Finn Harps are in the wrong leagues because the Irish league calendar is different. Finn Harps got promoted from the First Division and Limerick got relegated

from the Premier Division

This is more of a challenge, liked managing in Gibraltar last year, didn't realise SI had an official league add on, will probably try this as my main career and just see what I can do/develop over the years.

Would reccommend a couple more achievements:

Reach Europa League group stage
Reach Europa League knockout stage
Reach Europa League Semi Finals
Reach Europa League Finals
Win Europa League

Reach Champions League group stage
Reach Champions League knockout stage
Reach Champions League Semi Finals
Reach Champions League Finals

THE AIM
The aim of this challenge is to amass more points than anyone else via the scoring system below.

THE RULES

You must start with a team in the Gibraltarian League, Premier or Second Division (It is an official add-on by SI Games on the Steam Workshop)
If you start in the Second Division, pick your own Playing Experience and Coaching Badges
If you start in the Premier Division, you get National C License and Semi-Professional player, or pick worse
You must not manage any National team other than Gibraltar
You must not manage any club outside of Gibraltar
You do not have to start while managing the Gibraltar National Team, but to get any real amount of points and be a genuine contender for this challenge, you must manage them at some point in your career
Please post a screenshot of the e-mail you get announcing you as manager

Point 1: I don't think this is much of a challenge, earning two promotions!

Point 2: Not everyone has time for stories so saying they cant post regular updates in this thread will immediately put people off even trying this 'challenge' if you can call it that

Also, there isn't a way of winning this challenge so maybe you are right. I might change it

Yeah I always do lower teams so I can improve morale. The only friendlies I ever arrange are guaranteed wins. Although I don't win all of them...

After careful consideration, I have decided not to continue with this challenge. I will continue to play out this career but not doing dafuge's challenge. I realised I do not have the time to take a conference team to the Premier League and Champions league, what with school, homework and other factors.
