I only want to have Turkish league faces. is it possible to seprate them by range of the photos ? for exp. "photo number ID 800-1800 is turkish league" , can we say this ?

Not much detail but if you want league only faces, then you can't. Well, you probably could but they will be out of date. Nobody does that anymore it's mainly megapacks with lots of leagues.
