No problem mate, we have both Serie B plus 3 divisions from Scotland coming up in the next few days 🙂

Had same issue in fm19

A workaround was in steam account

Right click Football Manager 2020 -> Properties -> Set Launch Options -> add:

--windowed

this worked for me
