Damn. Lost it in the final!
Despite having 2 players score 8 goals (Kane and Rashford), neither won the top goalscorer as Timo Werner scored 2 early goals in the final to both beat us and claim the golden boot.
Look at that France game too!!

On the right or on the left, it didn't help that Mo Salah was pretty dreadful for me - bar one game.

Yep I've pretty much had this too and it's now looking like he might miss the world cup for me as he's injured... Art imitating life!

Did we have that same problem with Mahrez?

Good start with this, be interesting to see how you progress moving forward with such a large amount of young players coming into your side each season. Are you allowing yourself to sign academy players and bring them through as homegrown? i.e. Is that what those Brazilians are doing, or are they going into your squad?

Enjoyed this one, though an injury crisis at the end of the season really made it tricky to close out and culminated in us losing the cup final and dropping a 9 point lead in the league and winning it on the head to head! Pleased to finally have a good run in one of these challenges though and might even keep the save going.

Tactics and dynamics Dan. Once you get on a run with a good tactic and high confidence from the players you can become almost invincible. I do kind of feel like cheating playing with 3 upfront though, it is so over powered.

Didn't really get into this one for a few reasons away from FM. Probably should have made signings etc but didn't, which I am sure played a part in our lovely winless run towards the end as we lost strikers and centre halfs to injuries. Here we go:

I want to do something like that @VP. but just don't have the time like I used to, I even considered doing it with my real-life coaching badges etc to give myself a head-start so that might be one for the future!

My save I have moved from Academica onto Sporting and now just got the Juventus job at the start of 2020-21. Amazed that they still have the likes of Dybala and Pjanic. Spent £60m which is most I've ever spent, on a 19-year old new-gen CB from Atalanta with little else done Supercoppa in the bag, hopefully gunning for my 4th title in 4 seasons (ProLiga 2018, LigaNOS 2019, 2020)

Alright Guys,

Bit of hideous self-promo here but I've recently started blogging, having thought about it for years... including a thread on here somewhere asking what I should call one! it's been in my sig for a while, though I am unsure of the effect it's had!

The content at the moment is based on the UEFA B course I am currently on, though there is also a few extra pieces covering tactical instructions and one from a while back on Dutch football.

I'd welcome any thoughts, comments and advice on it, including topics you might want to read about!

I feel like terrible gives me more credit than I deserve, although I do appear to have turned things around!
