Here's my season 1, not as good as yours, scraping into the Europa League on the final day and was almost sacked as you've all seen above. Not confident going forward, though I'm excited to getting rid of some of these high-earning loanees.

Quite a lot of turnover, copied a lot of people in getting Loftus-Cheek on loan, though he didn't really feature and was sent back in January. Sergio Roberto was a bit of a gamble but I'd say it paid off as he started most of our games and was pretty much the stand-out performer across the season. Soares got a tidy number of goals too. Zeca managed to break his leg in his 4th or 5th game and didn't return until the New Year.
I wasn't planning any January business but the Kampl offer came out of nowhere and as it's a short term challenge I thought I'd take it in order to bring in some quality/experience and try to chase down Bayern's 8 point lead at Christmas. Volland kicked off on the last day of the window, he'd been disappointing for me so I thought I'd be heartless and just do it

My fixture draw was tough, giving me 4 huge games straight away, obviously repeating it after the break too. In general, it wasn't too bad of a season, particularly after the winter break, but really didn't show any improvement from the one before, if anything we got worse! Rivalry points earned: Bayern - 0pts, BMG - 5pts, Koln - 10pts

(Not going to lie, it does look a fair bit like me and that's without a face-fit)
Season 1 - Halfway Stage
Frustratingly, the Bayern game was a win until Steam Crashed, losing that and the original 2-1 win over Dortmund, managed to salvage 4/6 points after that.
Still in the cup and CL so will update with the end of the season lot.
Transfers for the season:
Like most, there wasn't a lot to be done, but I did sell Jedvaj in January as he was whining about not playing, back 4 have been strong so far so didn't need to alter it, though with Toprak leaving I may regret the decision. Mammana is ample cover for CB and Jenkinson will do as a reserve RB for now.
Best transfer of the lot though:

I hadn't realised that your staff recommend DP's so that's a great one to start with that aspect. Some solid advice on rotation and bringing through replacements too, something that I tend to struggle with in most of my games as I'm a bit stubborn in trying to get a settled 11!
The 'International Slots' and caps etc are certainly where I've fallen before, so I am pleased to see you've picked up on them too.

Over the years, I've always really wanted to get into an MLS save on FM as it's completely different to anything I've done before, or even know about FM in general! I'm thinking that I might do this soon.
I know there are some serious guides out there and a few saves by some of our regular posters that I might be able to track, but I wondered what your top tips would be for it in terms of; Squad Building, Budgets, Drafts and anything else that you think might be useful.

How did the other Welsh qualifiers get on? Would be interesting to see if they're making any progress off the back of your success. Might you even try and take one of the other jobs and try and make Wales a little stronger as a whole?
