As clearly listed in the main post and the installation instructions, some of these changes, ESPECIALLY THE CLUB NAMES, do NOT apply in existing save-games. If that's the case for you, there's a workaround for that in the first post.

If not, read the installation instructions again and follow them carefully. If that fails, read the FAQ. If that still doesn't help you, post screenshots of the locations you've placed the files from this download.

it is new game. every other name was fixed. only juve is still zebre. take a look to the screenshot
