I did it again from 0, deleting the folders and copying and pasting exactly like the tutorial and it didn't work (the names are correct, but the colors are not: /). I'll reinstall the game and clear the file cache and see if I can.

Guys, first good night and thanks for the correction. However, the colors of some teams in Brazil have not been changed. Cruzeiro, for example, has colors like Blue and White, and here it remains red. I did exactly the same as the tutorial. Someone with the same problem?
