Even in UEFA's web Benfica pics are bad sources. I suggest search players in national teams.

Example: Svilar in Benfica. Svilar in Belgium

The funny thing is that some faces were updated and have good quality.
But i don't find the sources(I already sent a message to the guy that asked the good quality ones but no answer until today)

Not really, no. That's a very poor source and not worth cutting.

Some players have their faces updated(The b team and under23 are pretty much new) but i can find the sources.
do you know how asked the updates for the b team?

Typically Benfica sources haven't been the best. Often the images are too small or have a scratchy effect on them when theyre from the UEFA competitions.

If you can provide a link to decent sources I have no doubt someone will do them

Is somebody working in a update to Benfica faces( Cervi and Jonas for example have the same face since 2015)
