My first month was literally spent negotiating contracts and looking at scout reports.
I released Gallagher and Kamara due to them not being English and also released Seb Brown due to not needing him as a coach and I felt he weren't good enough to be a part of my team
After discussions with my backroom team I felt it was time to terminate these contracts
After going through job centre applications I reinforced my backroom team and had an added bonus of some with international experience joining us
My scouts and coaching team were under alot of pressure searching for and assessing players on trial and then I had the process of negotiating contracts
I then went through the process of making sure all 3 squads were ready for the season.
My first team squad
Reserve team
And finally my under 18s
I will be reviewing the reserve and under18 performances throughout the season and calling players up when I see fit to do so.
We only played 3 friendlies in July so I'm a bit concerned for match sharpness at start of the season
In other club news we are pleased to announce we have agreed a link Stevenage as our parent club
Next update will be 1st September

Hampton & Richmond borough is an English football club based in the suburb of Hampton, in the London borough of Richmond upon Thames. They were founded in 1921 and formerly known as Hampton F.C until 1999 when they changed their name in an attempt to draw a wider support base from around the borough. They currently compete in the Vanarama national league south, the sixth tier of English football.
Hampton & Richmond Borough remains the only senior-level football club to represent the borough of Richmond upon Thames, but arguably struggles in attendance due to the popularity of rugby union in the borough. The club has a core support base of around 300 to 400 people. Their nickname is 'The Beavers'
They play their home games at The Beveree stadium
My Manager for this challenge
My Starting finances aren't great so this will add to the challenge
The Media prediction for the club is to finish 17th but I am confident in my ability to do better than that
My squad is lacking some depth so will definitely be needing some good scouts to bring in some players, As you can see Sam Gallagher, Kieran Murphy & Michael Kamara will have to leave the club asap as they do not fit in with my English players only policy
My backroom team isn't the greatest and I will be bringing in some fresh faces to help me achieve my goals this season

My conquest of England
I will be starting as the club closest to my house in the Vanarama south and will make all my career decisions based on what I would do in real life looking for houses etc.
My challenge is to go from managing a local side to being one of the best managers in England by winning every trophy available at club level and eventually international level.
To make this a little easier I will be counting automatic promotion and winning playoffs as a trophy.
What I need to win Vanarama north/south, Vanarama National League, League 2, League 1, Championship, Premiership, FA Trophy, EFL Trophy, League cup, FA Cup, Community shield, Champions League, Europa League, European Championships, World Cup
The rules I will be using is:
•Start with no coaching badges
•Start with Sunday league experience
•Only allowed to use English players
•Only sign players recommended by scouts do not use the search bar
•Only sign staff by advertising through job centre
•All decisions regarding my career based on what I would do in real life

A great start in our first game vs Guiseley. Lafayette scoring twice with Miller and Emmanuel bagging 1 each
Next game was away to Woking it was a close game but unfortunately we came away with no points
Lafayette getting his name on the scoresheet again as we managed to get a draw at Macclesfield
We ended November positively with Lafayette bagging another 2 against Sutton and taking the 3 points
Not a bad start overall taking 7 points from a possible 12
Only 1 loan signing bought in so far
We have however formed a link with burton so hopefully they have some good players to help us out

As you can see from league table we can still make a push for promotion in the first season.
Upcoming fixtures against Guiseley, Woking, Macclesfield and Sutton will be tough but hopefully we can gain some points. These matches will appear in the next update.
My next task was to have a look at the squad and check for any non British nationalities
As you can see I have 2 and the annoying thing about it is that according to my assistant manager they are 2 of the best players at the club but these players are now demoted to my under 18s team and will be sold or left to rot until their contracts run out
