Looks fine here too. I'm a bit mystified now tbh as everything appears to be in order.

Perhaps it's a config issue, so let's try to create a new one. Can you try downloading this file? Have a look at this video to operate it - it's really as easy as dragging the faces folder into the text box and generating a new config file to overwrite the existing one.

Also, when you are next in-game, can you untick the use skin cache box, quit the game, close Steam, then try to load up the game and check Can's profile to see if his face has appeared...

The time the folder takes to open doesn't really have anything to do with whether the game "sees" them or not. It's to be expected that it takes a bit of time, it has 179 thousand odd images to sort, after all...

Hmm, nothing seems out of place from those screenshots and the amount of images seems about right.

Do you have any other facepacks installed perchance? Also, can I have a screenshot of the contents of the faces folder? Do give your PC time to sort out the folder in alphabetical order. This will allow me to see if there are any sub-folders.

Seems to me like you either did not download the full pack or that you've somehow not installed it correctly, but I just can't give you any meaningful advice without seeing your folder structure.

Even if you take photos of the screen with your mobile and post them here, perhaps that could be enough.

In addition, can you tell me if you have 178,000 images (or thereabouts) in your megapack folder?

* how the images currently look in-game
* your interface in-game preferences?
