This is dealt with in the FAQ. The Ajax staff are newly-created people, and therefore the UID is different to their ‘old’ UID in the official database.

 

 

 

 

Can I see screenshots of what the folders in the main post look like on your system? Might be the case they're not installed correctly.

And how can you fix it yourself?

Changing the skin refreshes the cache, which might have done the trick in your case.

 

Yes, clearing the cache in other skins helped solve the problem, thanks

When an empty space appears instead of a cut-out or the black default outline, it means that there is a folder somewhere in your graphics structure which has a config file pointing to a filename which isn't actually there.

 

Both Yousfi and Drame were added in 2022.03. Did you re-install it somewhere else recently perchance?

 

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the following UID: 2000036021?

 

Before you take a screenshot, can you post the results in the manner outlined below?

 

This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.

 

This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks…

 

I had the same problem as him, I used the wtcs skin, but after switching to tato, all the faces appeared
What could it be?
