You don't need to cut, if you can't do that. Some of us will do it for sure. You need to keep in mind the trophy itself should be at least 300x300px in the end. So if you got an image which is e.g. 800x600 and the trophy is about ¼ in hight of the size, it is too small. Same with a lot of hands, grass, whatever can block the sight to the trophy, it is “useless”. If it is an easy design you can reconstruct some stuff, but not in every situation, same with low quality.

So important is:
- size of picture (300x300px trophy is the goal)
- quality
- visibility
- point of view (try to find front or a “front”-near view - see the other trophies here)
- the real one (some are tricky to find out if it is the right trophy)

how to find them?
besides a google-search, you can use:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Club Pages

try the local languages (google translator or wikipedia is your friend); 
try common languages like English, French, Arabian, Russian, German, Spanish;

try to find the last winners and search if they got some pictures of their celebration, the moment they got the trophy or the official sites for promoting the final or trophy

give up when there is nothing to find, some trophies are not in good quality or at all to find

Could you please label the new season kits with 22/23?

I really like the idea, but I see a lot of problems. There should be some kind of “judge” or limitations in general. I mean I see a lot of false or bad sources uploaded everywhere (cut outs, logos, kit sources of wishes etc) which can't be used by creators or are even missleading. But who will verify all that stuff?

+ I agree with Humberto21 about his concerns, some kits need like 4 good pictures (each side) and others need like 20 to see every spot which has a local sponsor or a little special detail on it.

To add a special idea to this, I would prefer to have a sponsor library, some are very hard to find or need different letters/languages. Sometimes I even ask some ppl to translate something for me and write it in their language.
