AFC pre season training programme

Derek McInnes has put the finishing touches to a comprehensive pre-season programme that will see his squad face local opposition while also putting them through their paces in a week long training camp in Ireland.

During the course of their training camp in Dublin, the team will face local opposition. Details of these fixtures will be confirmed in due course.

Following on from my post in the Mugshot thread about finding myself in a gay bar last night. I found out that a girl I used to fool around with a few years ago is now a lesbian. Wow what a kick to the knacker and my self esteem that was. Haha!

I was in no mood to be on the pull. We had all just stuffed ourselves with meat at Tropeiro. I was feeling awful. However, the night after (last night) I found myself in a gay bar. I was severely disapointed with the lack of cheesey music that I expected from a gay bar. Lesbians also can't dance for shit! Left after 20 minutes.

I have wonderful teeth. People make comments on them all the time. Was in the casino one evening and someone came up to ask me if I had my teeth "done" as they were that perfect. They were astonished I never had braces either.

I'm very self conscious about my teeth. I think I'd cry if I were to have one removed.

Indeed. I used to watcha series called "I Was Bitten". Here are a few of the most extreme cases I can find from the show on the net.

There was another one that bit a guy and his arm swelled up so much that they actually had to make incisions in his skin to relieve the preassure or else he would have had to have his whole arm amputated.

I saw Januzaj play for United in their game against us earlier this season. He was something special like!

All his own fault and can't see how anyone can defend him or say it's harsh. He got banned for 6/7 games for a first offence in Holland. This is his second offence, the ban needs to be significantly increased as he obviously hasn't learned from the first ban!
