After the files extracted, open the skin pack folder, take a folder with the name of the skin. Is that folder (and only that) you should place directly in the skins folder of the game.

Deleted file,downloaded  again,followed your instructions and hey presto,it's done.

Following instructions to the letter but skin is nowhere to be seen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
