All looks fine, I have to say. My recommendation would be to have the new cut in a separate sub-folder only, including a separate config file in that same sub-folder with just one entry for that record.

I have one very serious question, I have made a custom cut out facepack on my facepack. 

Did everything right from right ID to config, double triple check making sure its correct without any fault.

 

I delete cache, reload skin and everything, but my player face still didn't came up.

 

What do I do wrong or anywhere? Please enlighten. Thank you!
