Hi guys - finally sorted it out and this was the key. I had two different Fm23 folders apparently and kept selecting the wrong one. Hopefully this will help someone in the future.

Deleted and reinstalled the whole game again?

There is no sub-folder and I'm using the same editor data folder I used to use the real name fix, which has worked for me.
I'm having this issue too
All the club names seem to be correct. Brann is in the OBOS-Ligaen for me, which I think is the second division.
Seems to be missing all changes rather than just deadline day.
I downloaded the new data update from Feb 1 and nothing changed, so I tried this but still nothing changed - should I also be deleting files with ‘changes’ in the title if they are for the real name fix?
Just downloaded the updated file and club names like Napoli, Sociedad, Betis haven't changed. I downloaded and followed each step.

Why did Antony to United get rejected as a database update?
Yes they are at their maximum non-EU slots for that season, but obviously Jovic and Dodo are for the season to come.
I wanted to do a save as fiorentina but the new signings, Jovic and Dodo are unable to be registered due to the Non-EU player registration rules. Is there any way around this?

This transfer hasn't gone through on the 21/08 update for me.
Rolando Mandragora isn't transferred to Fiorentina when I download the 21/08 update. Is there a way for me to fix this?
