Hi Tarajos! MLS is notoriously hard to modify in the editor - there is a lot that is hardcoded in it, and that makes it challenging to make changes. You're probably better off renaming one of the existing clubs if you want to do that.
A quick note - I mentioned this at the top, but right now CONCACAF continental competitions aren't showing up in game when they are modded. Because of this I'm going to hold off on releasing the continental competitions and the non-active concacaf nations...

I'm waiting until the rules error is fixed before I start working on other countries in CONCACAF. I tried doing a few and it crashed out of the game, so it isn't available yet.
It depends on when the editor gets fixed. Once the bug has been resolved I'll get to work on it. My hope is that it'll be done 1-2 weeks after we can edit us databases.

This may be a result of the switch from advanced to basic in the database. I think I had it set up where amateur teams just have the main team, semi-pros had u19s, and the professional levels had U-19 and reserves.
