Did you create a folder called FM26CommentarySender in the bepinex plugins, or did you simply place the file there? If so, please create the folder (as described above), place the DLL file there, and then test it.
Inside the dll folder there's a folder calledFM26commentarysender. Simply copy it and paste it into the plugins within the bepinex.

Try installing the "commentarysender" folder. It's important that you use the folder included in the download; do NOT create one yourself and only move the file. If that doesn't work, check if there's an updated version of Bepinex and test it then.
Restart your PC after installation and see if it then works.
