Southend United only 4 seasons ago were a League 1 club but the last 2 seasons they have been in the National League. Alberto Fernandez a half English half Dutch manager will be taking over Southend United trying to get them back to Glory and back to where they should be the higher leagues of the English football pyramid. This will take quite a few seasons and for it to be a good save there will be some rules. RULES: 1. NO INGAME EDITOR IS ALLOWED TO BE USED 2. ONLY REALISTIC SIGININGS This will be my first save on Football Manager 23 and I hope that i do not make any silly mistakes.
