No, they changed back to silhouettes when i removed the config.xml file. Thanks for trying anyway 🙂
Is the fact that I'm trying to use these files on an older version of the game an issue?

The graphics folder was completely empty before I downloaded the packs. there is a file titled config.xml in the pack I downloaded…
