I'll admit I hadn't considered that. The way around that would be to have three packs: men's, women's, and staff. That however is certainly not ideal and would not expect them to do that.
Just a request for when women's faces are added, make men's and women's two separate packs.While I'm going to be in the minority that only want the women's face pack, there are going to be a lot that won't care for it at all.
