Can you remove Brexit from the In-Game Editor?

Why does it remove work permits altogether? Can't you just make the file so Britain doesn't leave the EU, but keep the work permits in for non-EU players?

You can "remove" the pitch and view the match with commentary only. Change the camera from 3D to Commentary, remove all highlights and you'll watch the match with the line-up and the commentary in the bottom.
