What's the options for Brexit?

Hello all... I was just wondering what kind of options Brexit can give? I've seen a friends save game, where he was only allowed 16 non-brits in the squad... And that just doesn't seem like a league I want to manage in. So I was just wondering if there were different options for when Brexit kicks in?
