Thanks for your quick reply. I actually decided to download the whole pack again (not using a torrent) and got an error message saying cannot open .rar file as archive. Does this mean a botched installation?

I'm a premium member and this is the first FM version where I just cannot get the faces to load in my game. I've even tried simply copying the entire FM15 graphics folder over to my FM16 docs but it still doesn't work. Logos, kits, trophie...
