PayPal did indeed show the full price, but I assumed that the discount would be applied after the fact. Since FM17 being in my Steam library is a prerequisite for the discount, I figured that it would be applied after the fact via Steam.
Seriously? I've just found this literally minutes after purchasing the game, trying to find out how to get the bonus. I had no email to let me know the discount no longer applies, and on the shop page selling this it still says that you get the bonus...
