@alifkifli Any screen to provide ? As there are several screens which can show staff attributes. But just without further information I would say it is a small resolution issue. It seems you play with a resolution smaller than 1366x768.
Just rename the file "paper.png" here \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\skins\SSD Gold V1.3\graphics\boxes\custom\citypic

Tutorial how to get city pics to work with my skin
1. Open your city pics pack. Normally it can be found here : Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\City pics
2. There are different packs, so there are 2 different ways to configure...
Sadly "manually" is the only way to do it.
With Notepad++ you can automatise it, but still you have do put the parameters manually.
You managed to do it for one club and you can see it is working. Now you have to do it for all remaining clubs.
1 club overview:
- inside city pics pack you should have a file called "config.xml" here \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\pictures\backgrounds\City Pics\config.xml
- open it with text editor such as notepad ++

@robbie_start As said in the description, I've made this skin for me and my resolution. Like you I play on 1920x1080 windowed mode. So 100% for you is the best zoom option.
@dreamsover Thanks for downloading. I guess you are playing with a "small" resolution. Someone else playing with 1600x900 laptop raise that issue. What I can tell is to test lower zoom options. 85% should work.
