I've sorted mine don't delete the folder inside the folder that's what I did originally, but left it this time and it worked
I have its own sub folder to but still showing as regen faces not the wonderkid faces
I've found the ID and changed it but nothing has happened

I'm don't know if this could be the reason but maybe they haven't been updated on the new update as they are fine on the old one but if other people are having problems then it could because not updated on the new update just my opinion, but it's annoying...

My Max Dowman face isn't working I am trying to start a new save on the updated database and I have downloaded the new players face pack and put it into my graphics folder but it just comes up with a regen face, it worked on previous saves pre-update coul...
Is there a way to make it so the skin is a bit transparent so we can see our backgrounds?
also I do have some temporary files in 2030 could that be the root of the problem

last night I seemed to have lost my Holland faces from my game they were working yesterday afternoon and then when I went back on it they had disappeared, i have tried clearing the cache, I have redownloaded the graphics, apparently it could be a name fix...

Not when i already cleared the recycle bin although I have fund out what the issue is now it is just a matter of moving everything from one drive to another was in the wrong drive so hence wouldn't load
Looks Like I have accidentally deleted my documents folder can i just create another or ill i just have to redownload everything again

I would have no idea about A), it was fine before with upper case before i moved them buyt will try lower case and failing that I will take them out and see if it is loading

Yeah I have done that and i found out it was a hard drive failure so got an new, one and then transferred everything over to the new one yet it is still doing it, could it be something graphics related
Since last night my FM is loading and then it is closing by it's self, It has done this since the patch last night, I have tried rebooting my laptop, and uninstall and reinstall FM and it is still doing it any ideas please
Don't worry it's sorted now, there was 2 folders and one wasn't deleted, thanks for your help

I’ve already checked cache it did nothing I even verified in steam and did nothing I sent a screenshot already but when I am back on my laptop I’ll post another
I’ve it was placed in my face packs folder but I have now taken them out of there and deleted all those files and now it is just blank where the regen faces should be
It was just a black background with white number I had them in the faces folder but I have now since deleted them and it is still not showing
I didn't have a folder for them as it is the normal regen faces that have been manually put into the saves on the regen days I am trying to screenshot a picture but can't seem to do it
