All I did was download the latest update changes. Once extracted, copied and paste it to megapack folder. On the game, clear the cache and reload the skin.

how can i download 24.2 patch? i thought it is automatically installing but when i am starting a new save and still remain 24.0?

A league is already on the game but I do not want managing the A league teams yet. I just want those wonderkids for my new save (Premier league)

i just check. You are absolutely right. Its works with all various licenses file but there is file for unlimited foreign players in Turkish league but wont work with this Turkish league patch.
