When most people mentioned his name before his appointment it was mainly as a stop gap for a few years, to steady the ship and begin a rebuild until someone like Klopp comes available. Ultimately though presuming he does a decent job he'll leave whenever he wants to.

Apparently was. The account was made private and unverified. Seems fine now. These hackers could have done so much more.

Nike have apparently pulled out of renegotiations for the kit deal. Adidas, Warrior or Puma then. Please Adidas.

Adidas confirmed.

Manchester United plc (NYSE:MANU) has reached a ten-year agreement with adidas for a global technical sponsorship and dual branded licensing deal for a minimum guarantee of GBP 750 million, subject to certain adjustments, beginning with the 2015/2016 campaign.

For the 2014/2015 season, Nike will continue in its role of technical sponsor and trademark licensee

Though says a lot needs to be sorted out IF it happens
United keeping cards close to chest
United really want players who want to come to the club. Herrera was distraught last season, they knew he wanted to. They also knew Shaw wanted to come in January so that was important for the club.

I think that last point is really interesting, perhaps explains why interest in players that we perhaps could have got never materialised.

True, but then again Herrera said worse after the deal collapsed last year. I think it means more along the lines of wanting to play for Manchester United for the sake of it rather than wanting to play for Manchester United because they're paying you a gazillion pounds a year.
