Just one question - I don't see the pictures of the stadiums. Do I need to download anything else?

Do you mean the stadium pics on the team overview? You'll need these: http://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/1408/fmc-stadium-superpack

In steklo_x3 settings.xml, find goal scorers and change the values. I think that's the setting you're after

I have about 4000 background files from stadiums to competitions backgrounds, but i cant put them to work on FM2013 in this skin. Is there any problem with background?

Hmm, it could be a missing text setting, though that's pretty unlikely. You've not installed any other mods, have you?

Is it possible after someone makes a national teams backgrounds stadium pack to put a picture of the stadium onto this screen? For all the national teams. It would look very cool.

You need to bring fmc2013-widgets\graphics\icons\information and fmc2013-widgets\graphics\icons\pitch_condition into your skin, as well as these settings:
