Extract the 7z file (you may need winrar or 7zip) into your skins folder (this should be Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins).
If you don't have a skins folder, just create it, and make sure the steklo_x3 and steklo_x3fmc folder inside the 7z file is placed directly inside the skins folder, and not a subfolder of it.
If you've got a previous version, go back to the default skin, then delete the old steklo_x3 folders before installing the new version

Agh, I have to admit I'm jealous of that.
I still can't seem to change the opacity of the widgets/menus.
I've found the files in graphics/boxes/match/report
I've edited the contrast, but whenever I reload skin they're exactly the same. Its really frustrating. Any advice whatsoever will be seriously appreciated...

Then I added that additional fonts file you uploaded on here...

This looks brilliant Tom - I didn't even know you could add stadium pics. I've got the skin from when you released it, but is this version now available with any of the tweaks you've been making?
And I presume the stadium pics are the fmc stadium superpack over on sortitoutsi.

In Match -
- Continue Match/Resume missing from - Team Overview screen
- Post Match - missing Continue Button - only work around is to press space bar
- Need to have Resume Game Button on every screen with Match.
I hope this helps.Great looking skin, but not easy to use in matches.
